Internet Sale - April 29, 2018

Deveney Stamps Ltd. - in the heart of Okanagan Wine Country is offering their 3rd auction featuring a large variety of philatelic material. This group of material is mostly from an old time dealers basement and represents a large amount of GB, Commonwealth & World material that Deveney Stamps does not regularly stock. Highlights include better Canada, including Admiral Lathework, some with pre-cancels. The GB contains some Imperf penny reds with numbered MCs, an incredible and superb GB #2 with bright red MC. The Commonwealth contains all manner of catalogue valued prices from $5 to much higher with some serious and scarce world varieties. Also small quantity of New Zealand 1 to 2p on reverse adverts, Australian State cancels. A large offering of USA cancels (mostly on PCs - about 100 lots) and some nice view Post Cards from both the US and World in both bulk and unique singles, including a US Submarine PC colln. A number of less expensive stamp collections of $100 into the thousands, including Canada, Ireland, GB, USA and others. European specialized PERFIN collections by country. Some accumulations, a few dealer lots in Canada & GB and some Ephemera round out the sale.

Our third sale is sure to appeal to all Canadian, British Commonwealth & World collectors. Please contact us for more scans or information needed for any lot, we would be happy to help. Lot viewing is available for inspection at our offices in Penticton, B.C. from April 5 to April 28 by appointment and bids may be submitted via StampAuctionNetwork, telephone, email and/or regular mail. Ensure that your bids arrive early to gain maximum bidding advantage!
