This issue is often found in Mint N.H. condition, as several sheets have been broken in the past ten years. However, most of the stamps in these sheets are somewhat off-center, and examples such as this are very rare.

P.S.E. encapsulated (Superb 98, SMQ $8,400.00). Only one has graded higher to date (at 100, offered in our Whitman sale), and only two others share this grade (Image)
