With 2009 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90, unpriced as Mint N.H. in SMQ, SMQ $1,600.00 as hinged). The much more common 3c (which is priced in SMQ in Mint N.H. condition) carries a premium of 250% in 90 grade for Mint N.H. versus hinged.
