Population Report and no others share this grade. There are only 32 1875 Newspaper Special Printings in the P.S.E. Population Report from the 2c to $1.92 with some values yet to appear in the census. We view this as a small number, most likely due to the great difficulty in finding stamps that would receive a reasonably high grade, since the vast majority has centering or perforation problems, and sometimes both.
