EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB USED EXAMPLE OF THE 30-CENT AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY TREASURY DEPARTMENT ISSUE. VERY FEW ARE KNOWN IN USED CONDITION, AND THIS IS LIKELY THE FINEST IN EXISTENCE.
