VERY FINE. AN IMPORTANT REVENUE STAMPED PAPER RARITY WITH PERHAPS ONLY TWENTY OR LESS KNOWN.

Most likely this was a failed venture, as the signatures of the president and secretary of the company have been scratched out in manuscript, and the coupons have vertical squiggly pen lines running thru them. "Cancelled" is also written on the bond, and this too has been deleted. (Image)
