VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE AND CHOICE QUALITY COMBINATION OF THE 10-CENT 1847 ISSUE AND BLOOD'S SMALL "POST OFFICE" STAMP.

With 1980 and 2007 P.F. certificates. The Scott Catalogue does not list 15L17 on cover with 10c 1847, but it prices this stamp with a pair of 5c 1847's at $11,000.00 (Image)
