Paid All Jul. 23" circular datestamp (Ty. 245.02, Rarity 1RR) on small piece, Very Fine, a rare and attractive bisect usage on piece, Gregory reports thirteen strikes of the Ty. 245.02 datestamp, signed Bloch, Scott Retail for No. 31b on full cover is $8,500.00 (Image) E. 1,000-1,500
