3038 ogbl image1904, 2c Rose (1, 1 var). CZSG 1.1b, top selvage block of four with imprint, both top stamps "Panama" 15mm long, "Panama" also shifted to right with bottom stamps two "Panama" at left and top stamps partly split "Panama", tropicalized original gum, h.r.

VERY FINE. A SCARCE BLOCK CONTAINING TWO STAMPS WITH "PANAMA" 15 MILLIMETERS LONG AND ALL STAMPS WITH "PANAMA" OVERPRINT DRAMATICALLY SHIFTED.

Only 260 stamps were printed with the "Panama" 15mm long. The shifted overprint is also scarce. Signed Perry and Colman. With 2004 P.F. certificate. Scott Retail as normal block of four with no premium for any of the varieties. (Image)

3047A og 1906-10, 1c-10c Portraits (21-23, 32-35). Over 750 stamps, 52 to 176 of each, originally complete sheets for some sort of display mounted on thick large cards, couple are still complete sheets as Nos. 22, 23 and 35, the No. 23 with some nice vignette shifts, the No. 35 unused (no gum), there are some marginal markings and there are probably some minor printing varieties, some are stuck down, some lightly stuck but many are not and there are Mint N.H. included, generally Fine-Very Fine, should be inspected 12,497.00
