Rim of oval cancel across top right corner, Fine, with 2006 P.F. certificate which declines opinion whether or not the cancel is contemporary, the 13c Bluish Paper is the most "commonly" known used value of the set after the 1c and 2c and it seems that the majority of them were used in Saginaw Mich., we see no reason to question the cancel, but have to offer this stamp "as is" due to the certificate, Scott Retail for contemporary use (Image) 2,250.00
