FINE AND RARE. THE EARLIEST RECORDED USAGE OF THE ONE-SHILLING SAMOA EXPRESS ISSUE AND A RARE SINGLE FRANKING OF THE ONE-SHILLING SAMOA EXPRESS STAMP ON A COVER TO GERMANY.
