May 1913" machine cancel on Goodman Rainproof Coat Company cover to Lynn Ind., some toning at top of cover and around a few perfs not mentioned on accompanying certificate, otherwise Very Fine, according to the Gobie book, a quantity of these were used as either third or fourth class mail, this was likely sent via third class mail as the month and yeardate are still present, with 2005 P.S.E. certificate (Image) E. 750-1,000
