VERY FINE EXAMPLE OF THE RARE IMPERFORATE ONE-CENT TYPE IB USED AS A SINGLE FRANKING TO PAY THE CIRCULAR RATE. THIS POSITION -- 6R1E -- IS ONE OF THE TWO FINEST EXAMPLES OF THIS RARE TYPE.
