VERY FINE. A HANDSOME AND VERY RARE USAGE OF THE 90-CENT 1888 AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY ISSUE. WITHOUT QUESTION ONE OF THE FINEST HIGH-VALUE BANK NOTE ISSUE COVERS IN EXISTENCE.

Although the 90c Purple saw extensive use on parcels -- several large used blocks are known -- very few covers survive. This is probably the finest known usage on a full cover.
