VERY FINE APPEARING EXAMPLE OF THE RARE $1.90 FOREIGN EXCHANGE FIRST ISSUE IMPERFORATE.

It is believed that of the 9,000 examples originally issued imperforate, 312 were returned for perforating. It is not known how many were used and no multiples are known. We have offered perhaps a dozen unduplicated copies since keeping computerized records. This example has not been offered to the market since the owner purchased it in a 1972 Siegel sale (Image)
