With 1976 P.F. and 2010 P.S.E. certificates (OGph, XF 90, SMQ $4,600.00). The blue backstamp does not detract from the beauty of the face of this stamp, but it did result in a grade reduction from 95 to 90, according to a note from P.S.E. (Image)
