308 o Scott No. 315 image1908, 5¢ blue, imperf (Scott 315), an extraordinary example of a genuinely used pair, with neatly struck purple cancellation, one of the few genuinely used examples available to collectors, as there are a couple pairs out there with wavy black cancels and good certificates one could be fooled into thinking that this isn't as rare as the catalog value would indicate, but this is a genuine used pair, rare thus; toned spots in the margin at top, left stamp with 2 tiny tears at bottom, otherwise Extremely Fine, 1994 & 2011 P.F. certificates.

309 Scott No. 319i image1903, 2¢ carmine, type II (Scott 319i), o.g., never hinged, matchless World class GEM, perfectly centered amid huge margins for this issue, impeccibly fresh and choice, an amazing example of the carmine shade, type II, which is so elsuive in the grade of Sup-98, that P.S.E. doesn't even attempt to assign a price to this stamp in this grade, a stamp that should bring a record price, as it is the highest graded and only one achieving this remarkable grade, Superb, 2011 P.S.E. certificate graded SUP-98 (only example attaining this grade, and is the HIGHEST GRADED #319i).
