855 ogO 10/547 #10/547, C18/JQ4, Impressive quality holding of over 200 mostly mint stamps, includes about 30 stamps from the 1851-1888 issues, there are a mix of mint, unused and used, from 1890 onward it is virtually all mint, these were all bought one-at-a-time from well known retailers, the overall quality being excellent, with the vast majority being very fine or extremely fine, and over 75 stamps are accompanied by PF certificates from the 1980-1991 period (which was when this collector was buying), the certificates are concentrated among the earlier mint and used stamps, as well as the desirable section of coil stamps, with singles, pairs and line pairs present, but there are also certificate accompanying the choice quality regular issue stamps, especially the 1902 Issue and Washington-Franklins, plus there is a nice selection of special deliveries and Offices in China, o.g. with many n.h., as mentioned the vast majority are very fine-extremely fine; an exceptional lot that would be ideal for a retailer or internet auctioneer.
