II stamps come only from the top row of this plate and are particularly rare imperforate, being nearly as rare as Ty. 60 og 10 var. image#10 var., 3c Deep orange brown, a rare example of one of the most difficult stamps of the 19th century to find mint, especially in this deep orange brown shade which is as intense and deep as we have seen, prooflike impression, four clear to large margins including what is probably a portion of the top sheet margin, part o.g., accompanying certificate mentions light toned spots in the top margin which are totally inconsequential, not only because they are so light, but because most could be trimmed away and still leave a large margin, very fine; 1995 PF certificate specifically identifying this as the deep orange brown shade.
