I imprint and plate no. 75 block of six, being the only never hinged full top example of this rare Bureau issue plate block known to us, boasting a remarkable overall brilliance, with absolutely radiant color and impression on bright paper, unusually well centered, pristine o.g., never hinged, there are some separated perforations at the top of the sheet selvage which happens to be lavishly large and unlike any other example we have seen, very fine and exceptionally choice; in our opinion this is one of the most important Bureau issue plate blocks in existence, both in terms of its rarity and condition; 1967 PF certificate; ex-Chapin.
