Norman C. Streit/A.E.F. Siberia" to his wife in New York City, manuscript censor signature at bottom left, violet boxed registered handstamp, reverse with three additional partial strikes of the Siberia Agency cancel, cover and stamp with small faults of little importance, as this is the first such Washington-Franklin cover we have seen with this Siberian postmark; an essential cover for an award-winning exhibit collection of Washington-Franklin postal history; 2001 PF certificate.
