IV, a used example that is one of the most attractive premium quality singles of this terribly difficult stamp we have seen in some time, featuring exceptional physical characteristics not often associated with this type, including being wonderfully well centered and margined, but even more impressive is this stamp's unusually fresh color and a highly detailed impression on immaculately white paper, plus it has a very light face-free cancel at far left, extremely fine; few used One Cent Type IV's exist this well centered, and fewer still are found with a face-free cancel which does not obscure the stamp's design characteristics; 1981 and 2000 PF certificates.
