955 og O1/126 #O1/126, Valuable and desirable mint officials collection of 79 different stamps, all assembled by a dedicated collector with the desire to only acquire stamps that have original gum and are in considerably better quality than typically encountered, he succeeded admirably as all have o.g. ranging from large part o.g. to some even n.h. (except one or two are noted as being regummed), and the vast majority are without the usual faults so often seen on these, strong fresh colors predominate; includes 1c-24c Agriculture, 1c-90c Interior (less the 6c and 30c), five different Justice stamps to the 24c, seven different Navy to the 30c, 1c-15c Post Office (less the 2c), seven different Dept. of State, 1c-90c Treasury (less 10c and 24c), 1c-90c War (less only the 12c), fourteen different soft porous paper issues including all War Dept., and concluding with complete n.h. Postal Savings issues; as previously mentioned nearly all have o.g., only a few with small flaws noted, vast majority are fine-very fine; a great start to an uncommonly attractive collection of officials; two certificates accompany. 8,171.50
