II, an exciting mint example of this rare and difficult Bureau issue, being in a condition unlike the vast majority one encounters, fabulously bright and fresh, with intense prooflike color and impression on wonderfully bright paper, exceptionally well centered within large margins, and equally impressive is this stamp's reverse, sporting unblemished o.g. that has never been hinged, extremely fine; premium never hinged examples of this stamp are rarely offered; photocopy of a 1992 PF certificate for a block of four, this being the bottom right stamp, and a 2004 PF certificate as a single; ex-Lewis.
