649 O   19th Century revenue high quality collection of First, Second and Third issues stamps, as well as Proprietary and some later 19th Century issues, the collector had Scott pages where he mounted some of the stamps, however many of the better items were never mounted and are still on the original auction lot cards, where the collector often paid in excess of catalog value to obtain, as the vast majority of stamps are exceptionally well centered and/or large margins, often with premium cancels, fault are quite minimal, with nearly all of the better stamps being at least very fine and a large percentage extremely fine; this would make an ideal start for someone wanting to collect revenue stamps in only choice condition, and would be equally appealing to a dealer looking for a comprehensive high quality revenue collection to add to their stock. $11,200.00
