1020 ogO 2/65 Canada valuable 19th Century old-time stock neatly arranged in five stockbooks (#2/65), a few thousand stamps total, starts with four examples of the 6p on laid paper, plus there are many other high-cataloging early stamps, several of which have four margins, plus there are shades, plate varieties and cancels (particularly on the 3p value), later issues will have more duplication, as well as cancels and other varieties, just as one example the 1859 10c is represented by over 40 copies, with a myriad of shades, plus perf. varieties, better cancels and at least one imprint example, while the stock is primarily used, there is a useful range of mint or unused stamps to be found throughout, the Large and Small Queens are especially well represented, with the latter containing over 100 copies of some values, again with varieties and other premium items present, mixed condition; our estimate is surely a very small fraction of the total catalog value involved.
