VERY FINE. A STUNNING "SHEETLET" OF FIFTEEN IMPRESSIONS OF THE 2-CENT TYPE III BUREAU ISSUE, ALL OF WHICH WERE PRINTED FROM THE DIE. A MARVELOUS ITEM.

This was made from an experimental die. The Bureau ran an experiment to see whether multiple rolling-in from the die could make the transfer process faster. The tremendous pressure resulted in misaligned entries, so the concept was abandoned. Only two are reported to exist -- the other is reportedly from the hardened die and may have been cut up.
